Dear Cathie, We apologise for the unpleasant feeling with your order but please note that our Auction Fee is not more than a few $, the Shipping cost is calculated by USPS not Bids.com As for you order, you paid $73.3 total ($34.3 was for Shipping in your case). We will offer a discount of $20 for your next order, please request it to support directly. However we still offer Free Shipping as seen on our site. Thank you for your order and please check our other interesting auctions. Thank you for your understanding, Bids Support Team

Hi Corina, We greatly appreciate your feedback. May you kindly provide us with exactly what you're confused about so Bids can properly address your issue. I totally understand your concern, as we are creating unconventional penny auction features, which we believe will bring more value to the bidder. Also, be on the lookout as more new interesting items are being added shortly. Looking forward to hearing from you, Corina. Thanks, Edward
