No provision for warranty registration when I bought the product. I did not receive the same product replacement, but the replacement was as good as the original.

Excellent product! I like the fact that a larger capacity water container can be attached to the bidet using the adapter.

Wonderful customer service! They promptly replaced a defective unit and made sure another replacement was sent after USPS lost the first replacement. There is nothing like the clean you get from a bidet, and these portable bidet's make it so you can always have that.

The original one I bought had its rubber seal on the tip break, spewing water everywhere. This was only after less than 6 months of usage. It was still under warranty, so they sent me a new one free of charge.

Have been using Bidet Buddy for 4 days. The case is sturdy, and water stream is strong. However, the push button stop is hard to reach when using it for intended service. Perhaps a 'slide switch' would be better?

I was happy about the quick delivery. I like the bidet buddy for its convenience and easy cleaning and storage for travel.

The device is larger than expected - a bit unwieldy for my small hands. It's difficult to find the on button because it's in an odd spot. And, you can't leave water in it, which is silly.
