The sprayer unit of my Bidet Buddy that I've had for a couple years stopped holding a charge. Customer service answered my email within 24 hours, and when the suggestions offered to fix the problem did not work, quickly and smoothly approved and promptly sent a replacement. Some of the best customer service I have ever encountered. And also a great product! I've bought 5 or 6 Bidet Buddies to give to friends and family as gifts, and some of them in turn have bought more to give to their friends and family as gifts.

Good communication, quick resolution

I bought 2 of these for 2 different homes. After a few months, the one I used daily eventually lost its original power. The water flow slowed. The nozzle stopped extending all the way. Once I wrote my review, the company responded shortly afterwards. They told me it had to do with a filter and they sent me pictures. I followed their instructions and my one bidet buddy is working as normal. Excellent customer service response and a product well made. I won’t get to the other one until a week or so and I’m sure once I clean the filter which took seconds, it will also be restored to its original capabilities.

A product from this company is a MUST for every workday.

Mine came broken. I threw everything out. What an idiot. So, I don't know what to tell you.
