Stay away from this Canadian-based clothing retailer. The quality is pure garbage and the sizing is considerably incorrect. I had a XXL Jersey that was very tight on my 110 lb wife.

BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a cycling jersey from this company online via an Instagram ad and the jersey never arrived. I sent them message after message and when I finally got a reply they asked if I wanted it resent or a refund. I said to resend it. Heard nothing. Received nothing. Followed up. Nothing. Crickets. They have basically taken $100 of my money and I have nothing to show for it. REPLY: I have replied to your email multiple times and find your response that I haven’t to be insulting. It is your “diligent” customer service representatives who have not responded.

Wrongly ordered the thermal jersey for my climate, but excellent customer service is commendable - very pleasant, prompt and responsive to understand the issue and offer replacement and store credit on differences for next purchase. Good quality product, sensible delivery time. Fitting is a bit on bigger end but material quality is very good. Love the designs!

I ordered the wrong size bibs and customer service was very responsive and followed through with the refund and replacement bibs. It does take a long time for items to go through customs these days and I understand that. The kit fits well and is very comfortable. Unfortunately the replacement bibs had some material separation right out of the box but not enough to keep me from wearing them. For the price, I would buy these again.
