Bonnie
I am training for an Ironman to raise money for a friend battling stage 4 breast cancer and was so excited to find a jersey where I could put her picture on it! I wore it one time. I washed it in cold water alone without putting it in the dryer. When I took it out, it had snags all over and was ruined. When I reached out to the company they said they couldn't help because I had worn it. This jersey is POOR QUALITY and I would not purchase anything from them again.

Hi Bonnie, Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us. We want you to feel comfortable sharing good or bad news with us. I'm so sorry that your experience with us fell short of expectations. And we are so sad that you don't give us a chance to fix this issue through store credit. We're using your feedback to make some important changes to our quality control. We still hope that someday, you will still be able to give us another chance to prove ourselves. Bicyclebooth

Judy
What a great company. Although I live in another country (UK) BB have been really great sorting out my return and exchange. Customer service is excellent. Yes delivery time took longer but what do you expect living in another country and a virus messing everything up. Deffo 5 stars 😁👍

Debra
The clothing I purchased for my husband did not fit him the way he likes. I spoke to someone about a refund weeks ago. He said the refund would be processed. I have not heard anything yet. Unlike other companies, the communication from Bicycle Booth is very POOR!
