Dear Katie, We deeply apologize for the disappointing experience you had with BiblioBloom. We understand how frustrating it must have been to face delays, especially when the vase was meant to be a special Christmas gift. Due to the peak season and an unexpected issue with our inventory management system, we regrettably failed to meet your expectations. While we strive to ensure every order is handled smoothly, we fell short this time, and for that, we are truly sorry. Your feedback is invaluable, and we are taking steps to improve our processes to avoid similar issues in the future. We hope to regain your trust and have the opportunity to serve you better next time. Thank you for sharing your concerns, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything we can do to make this right.

Dear Cyrill, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry that your order hasn’t arrived as quickly as you’d hoped. Our standard delivery time is 7-15 working days, but due to the holiday season rush, both preparation and shipping times have been longer than usual. As noted on our website and in your order confirmation, our Christmas cut-off date was December 3rd for guaranteed delivery by Christmas. Unfortunately, orders placed after this date, like yours on December 7th, might arrive later. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your patience while your vase makes its way to you. We believe it will still be a special gift for your daughter and a lovely addition to her book-loving space. If there’s anything else we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
