Ordering and Shipping went smoothly with no issues. Delivery time was fast and sooner than expected, especially coming out of the Christmas season. Grateful for a problem-free experience. I purchased a stunning Alice in Wonderland flower vase designed to look like a book from this company in the States. Unfortunately, the delivery driver in the UK messed up, and the item didn’t arrive as expected. I contacted the company, and Ashley was incredibly friendly and helpful. They immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent out with faster delivery at no extra cost. They were very apologetic and kind throughout the process, turning what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. The vase itself is absolutely beautiful, and the customer service was top-notch. Highly recommend this company for their unique products and excellent service!

purchased this for a birthday gift for my Mum. It’s so beautiful and unique! And she also loved it, the book vase is her favourite book/film. I’m also impressed on how quickly this arrived to us in the UK too, 10 days from ordering on Christmas Eve. Very poor customer service. My brother ordered the Peter Pan vase as a Christmas gift for me and it arrived broken. He contacted the company and was told there was nothing they could do and refused to replace or refund even though the product arrived damaged/broken. Won’t be ordering again after this experience, how can a company deliver broken product and not do anything about it?
