I favor Beyond Pricing over other Revenue Management software programs because -- to put it simply -- it out preforms the others in every way possible. The unique reports that are available to use daily are irreplaceable. From guest projections to Owner profit margins, there is a data track for everything you need within a revenue program. It always pulls pricing that is competitive with the Comps for the area and keeps your dynamic daily rate at a % that works -- and if it doesn't -- or if you're unique like our company and have two peak seasons, having those extra tools to tweak the seasonal time based stays and the rates dynamic yielding percentage are a few of the main reasons our company will ALWAYS choose to use Beyond!

Beyond is a valuable part of our revenue management worklow. I especially appreciate the Health Score, the high level of customization and Market Insight. Our Success Manager provides effective and helpful support. A flexible platform backed by excellent customer service.

I disconnected Beyond directly through Airbnb’s permissions, so Beyond was no longer connected to my listings or managing my pricing during that period. When I reconnected Beyond on September 25, 2026, I noticed that commission had been added to reservations that were made while the Airbnb connection was disconnected. This was concerning, especially since Beyond’s own emails during that period were asking me to reconnect my Airbnb account. I contacted support and disputed the balance. Update: Beyond reviewed the issue very quickly and confirmed that my Airbnb account had indeed been disconnected when those reservations were made. They corrected the charges overnight. I appreciate how quickly the support team resolved the issue once it was reviewed by a human representative. However, the original billing error was still caused unnecessary concern and time on my side. Reservations made while Beyond is completely disconnected should ideally not appear as commissionable bookings after reconnecting. Overall, I’m glad the issue was resolved promptly, and I hope Beyond improves this part of the system so other hosts don’t encounter the same problem.

They charged me double the agreed commission for 2 years and when I reported it, they dismissed as if I was stupid. When I showed evidence and threatened to seek my rights they said their "engineering team" would investigate. Nothing was ever done. Then they said they will ban my account if I file for a chargeback. Not only their product is full of bugs and their customer service is terrible and slow, they will rip you off and never give your money back unless you sue! AVOID!

I would not recommend Beyond Pricing based on my experience. If you are considering signing up, read the contract very carefully before committing. The agreement contains highly one-sided terms, including termination fees that appear excessive and disproportionate to any actual costs incurred. The pricing of these fees is, in my view, completely out of line with what would be considered reasonable in the industry. What initially appears to be a flexible pricing solution can become very expensive if you later decide to leave. I found the contractual terms to be heavily weighted in favour of the company rather than the customer, and the exit costs made it difficult to move away from the service. For that reason, I would advise anyone considering Beyond Pricing to review the contract in detail and fully understand the financial implications before signing. Based on my experience, I would not use the service again.

Their software is average at best. No forward revenue pricing or occupancy look. Only historical past 30 and 90 and you have to pay extra for it. Their pricing is terrible. You pay a percent but you pre pay for all your bookings with them unless you want to spend 1.75%. Their automation control is ok but lacking. Overall not with it and they charge too much
