I placed my order as a gift for an exciting product which I never come across before (engraved pendant with a rose and message), the product arrived well-packaged, in a lovely presentation box. However, I managed to order the incorrect colour which led me to communicate with Kaan and the team, who went through my order process, with the fault being mine, which I acknowledged.
