I ordered the bracelets set. Names on them are supposed to say Jim & Patty. I received a email saying that my order was delivered to my house on the 29th of December 2025.as of today I still haven't received anything from your company. I just talked to the people at the post office they told me that if you give me a united States tracking number then they could help me find out what happened to my order. I received a message on messenger from your company asking for my order number I sent everything that I have regarding my order to the message. I haven't heard anything back from anyone. I'm very disappointed in your company I can't even get to talk to someone on the phone because it's always busy.

We’re truly sorry for this experience, and we completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must be — especially when you were expecting a personalized gift. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the stress this has caused. When an order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, it can sometimes be due to a carrier scan error or a delivery issue, and we absolutely want to help resolve this as quickly as possible. We also apologize for the delay in our response on Messenger — we understand how important timely communication is. Please provide us with your order number and we will take care of it right away ❤️

When I first seen it I thought right away how beautiful it was, I was skeptical at first about something something I didn’t know what I was going to get but I’m so excited, happy and thrilled of joy to see my wife very happy, it brings tears of happiness in my life to see her smile, I would definitely order again and I will soon

Just received my order! Not a scam, like I thought. It was just late because of the holiday

We’re really sorry to hear this, and we understand how frustrating it is to feel left without answers — that’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers. We’d truly like to look into this for you, but we’re unable to locate your order without additional details. Please provide us with your order number and we will check on it right away. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to make this right.

Absolutely horrible. I ordered this because it said free shipping by Christmas. Also said US now my package has been stuck in mainland China. 2 emails no response. Guess I’m not getting my product for Christmas. Unreal. Scammers

My order has been placed for days now and I have emailed 3 times. My order has no tracking or anything. I’m disappointed and want an answer! 345131083

We’re sorry for the frustration this caused and understand how concerning it can be to wait for updates on your order. We’d like to clarify that we did respond to your emails to confirm the engraving details, as emojis cannot be engraved on this item and we wanted to be absolutely sure you received exactly what you wanted. Once confirmation was received, your order was processed and shipped. According to the carrier, your package has since been successfully delivered. Thank you for your patience, and we appreciate the opportunity to ensure everything is resolved for you.
