Weeks later still hasn't shipped...
I purchased my items which I thought was a great deal over a week or from valentines day, with the website saying it would be guaranteed for the holiday if ordered that day. Here we are 2 weeks later and it will hasn't shipped and no one picks up the phone or emails you back!

You are completely right, it should have arrived in time but we checked on your order and unfortunately, it looks like the package was lost in transit by the shipping company. We will replace it for free right away. We are truly sorry about this huge inconvenience. Kind regards 🥰
