easy? Beverly Diamonds is unbelievably easy to deal with.. Whenever you call them, the person who answers the phone sounds as if they were just waiting for your call, and thrilled that you did call. This was one of the first things that impressed me about Beverly Diamonds. II was quite leery of purchasing a diamond from so far from my home, but now - I would not hesitate too do it again. I decided that after 35 years of marriage I deserved an upgrade on my diamond. After receiving my husband's approval, I began searching online at various sites. I came across Beverly Diamonds and began viewing the rings. They were beautiful and were very reasonably priced. I hesitated for a few weeks thinking that something must be wrong with them because they looked too good to be true. I finally decided to purchase a ring and take the chance. When I received it, it was as beautiful as shown online! I could not believe it! I would recommend them to anyone! They are great quality rings and the price is right!

I was very hesitant on purchasing a ring on line. But after reading some of the reviews and seeing the merchandise, I was sold. I probably saved over $2,000 from purchasing a ring from Beverly diamonds instead of going to a retail store. The lady I spoke with on the phone when I ordered the ring wasn't as knowledgeable as I would have like but I was more focused on how the ring looked. Once I received the ring I was very happy and so was my fiancé. Overall I'm happy with my experience.

I ordered an emerald cut band from Beverly Diamonds, after extensively researching enhanced diamonds, and reading all of the reviews I could get my hands on. Well I decided to give them a try. I initially bought the 2.5 emerald cut eternity band. While the picture they show of the band is misleading, because they show only the 5 carat band, I ordered the 2.5 carat thinking it would look like that. I placed my order and they delivered in about a week, and I even had them overnight to my home on a Saturday at not extra charge. They were very accommodating. Packaging was beautiful and it came with its certification. The ring was also beautiful, but was disappointed because the carat size was too small in comparison to my 3 carat 3 stone emerald cut engagement ring. I called them I asked if I could return and upgrade to the 3.5 carat emerald cut eternity band, and they said I could, and just needed to pay the difference between the two rings. Returned product overnight, they received and acknowledged receipt, promised ring in a week. The ring was scheduled to go out on a Thursday, but was told by Beverly Diamonds, it did not pass their Quality Control Inspection. They did not like the way the ring turned out. So they redid and sent it out to me within a day or two. Received ring and this time, the band was absolutely gorgeous!!! Beautifully designed, very shiny and the perfect fit for my engagement ring. I will definitely buy from them again, as well as tell others to go to Beverly Diamonds!!

Last minute I decided to propose on Easter weekend. I called Thursday and they were able to expedite it so I had the ring Saturday morning. My wife lives the ring and gets daily compliments on it. My step son is already looking at rings on the site for when he proposes to his girlfriend.

I had a very good experience dealing with this company. It was difficult at one point because I could not understand the lady on the other end of the line , but that was "small peanuts" compared to the whole experence. The product was beautiful and the value seems to be excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone. As a matter of fact my bride will most likely be using them for the wedding bands.
