Excellent job working with me

I had a very hard time buying an engagement ring for my now fiance, since she is very picky and loves bling! As a teacher I could not possibly afford what she wanted and was worth, but with this site I was able to and she absolutely loves her ring!! I am a Canadian and was working in Sweden trying to pay with my Canadian credit card, so it was not an easy purchase and then shipping but they worked hard with me to get it done, and to me as soon as possible! Highly recommend this site!

I was less impressed with the vague cleaning instructions

it was easy.safe...if the need comes up...this it the place,i would shop...

Shipping was delayed a few days, and my ring didn't come with the engraving I wanted on it but overall I was very satisfied with it and my fiancé loves her ring.

I love the diamond I purchased, it is stunning and I get many compliments on it. The purchasing process was long and tedious. The diamond was over a week late and the shipping instructions were messed up. They transferred my calls several times and at one point mo one in the company knew where my ring was or when I would get it.

Perfect!!! Their website explains in detail what you are buying. The sales person was very helpful, and made me feel confident in my purchase.The rings are stunning!! My wife says everyone comments on how beautiful they are. The rings trully stand out in a crowded room. Their were no hidden surprises.
