Not impressed at all. I was concerned about choosing a ring online without seeing it in person and I was right! The ring took longer than expected and when I called to check the status the gentlemen was very rude and said " we are making custom jewelry not t shirts". When we did receive it you could clearly see the difference in the color of the center stone compared to the surrounding diamonds and the center stone looked much smaller than a 3/4 carat. It was the minimum weight of a 3/4 carat. The band is very thin and the prongs snag on everything. It just feels cheap!

I bought my wedding set from them and haven't rec yet I've been working with a manager for over a week. Feels like jumping through hoops and still haven't rec what I paid for. It's cleared my card and they say they can't see payment on their end but my card carrier says other wise. I've read bad reviews about this company and can kind of confirm this info as of right now. I've provided my bank statement my card info and all that I possibly can to get my rings, sad thing is my wedding is this sat 05/02/2015....
