I have had such a beautiful experience with Better U. I gained so much clarity with an idea that has been in pieces on my mind for years. I now am bringing that idea into action, and it feels magical. It can be overwhelming; just stay positive and trust that things will get better.

I have been struggling with severe PTSD and associated depression and anxiety for several years. I started treatment with Better U in January. Every month, I have seen improvement. In the last three months, I was able to start making lifestyle changes like quitting smoking. In the last month and a half, I was able to taper off the antidepressants and antianxiety meds I’ve been on for a few years. I’m the last few weeks, I have felt shockingly good - like my old happy and confident self not ruled by my nervous system. Improvement has been steady. The treatments keep my depression and anxiety under control. Honestly, it feels like a miracle to have my life back. Staff has been amazing with answering questions, making suggestions, and holding my hand when I need it. I am so thankful I made the commitment to try ketamine treatment. I cannot recommend this enough if you are struggling like I have.

My experience with BetterU was absolutely amazing. The ketamine treatments were truly life changing for me. I was nervous to try ketamine, and quite hesitant to start an at home program like this, but after the recommendation of a personal friend, I decided to try it and it was the best decision I've ever made. Every staff member I encountered at BetterU was kind, compassionate and professional. I felt safe, supported and genuinely cared for, every step of the way. I really enjoyed the flexibility and control that I had over my own journey with the BetterU program. Better U tremendously helped and changed my life. My life transition has improved and found my awakening. For a very long time, I have had and still been battling with my anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD plus I am culturally deaf. I tried many different anti-depressants and anti-anxiety medications, they don’t work and don’t help my mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical until I began this program with Better U. My life transformed and transitioned from darkest to brightest in a slow process. Most important is that Better U offers integrate programs and coaches that HELP and SAVE my life! The foundation of this program help me to understand myself better and able to re discover my inner and awakening. You have to believe in yourself before you can ask anyone for guidance. Especially, I am Deaf and use American Sign Language. We do use telemedical - zoom and able to connect with ASL interpreter. It is a huge helpful by ease my anxiety and depression. That way I can learn and understand the treatment better. Thank you Megan for a wonderful guidance… other than that, this program helped me to improve my work attendance, improve my concentration, improve my love relationship with my husband, families, and friends. Even better, to able to connect with people better and able to learn how to be patient and let go… “Everything will be ok!” Thats my new favorite words because universe will work out eventually when you believe in yourself. Fantastic and life changing benefits. Highly recommend to anyone going through stressors in life. Great team and support, genuinely helpful. Personally allowed me to handle new baby into our family better, as well as manage my chronic pain. Surprising benefit has been somehow my asthma got way better too.
