This year has been one of the better years of my life despite going through hardships. I had a cousin pass away due to covid, almost had to move out, stress from work etc. My birthday just passed and the day after my father died. I got the help I needed with therapy and ketamine therapy through BetterU. I did 28 rounds of ect (Electroconvulsive therapy) for major depression. It barely helped, it may help for some people, but not for me. Ketamine therapy was my solution. BetterU completely helped me. Customer service is top notch, so quick to respond, extremely and sympathetic. To be honest I tried two previous companies before trying BetterU. Low dose therapy did not help for me, others had poor customer service and higher cost. My wife and I are nurses, although I’m now disabled. We love helping people. I tell my children this, but try to leave this world in a better place than when you came in. On a great note, I have achieved better communication with both my 17yo and 21yo sons. We were estranged for over two years! We are now hugging and im teaching my oldest son how to drive. My relationship with wife has never been better. She is my rock and also my ketamine therapy sitter! Happy wife, happy life! My 11yo daughter can do no wrong hehe Daddy's girl. We now have father daughter days. Took her to the hair salon the other day to dye her hair for the first time, came home and happily showed my wife. Ketamine has released pent up emotions, gave me insight on life, deeper thinking of the past, and what I want for the future. It has stopped intrusive thoughts. With the deeper thinking while using ketamine, reading books, and therapy, I now understand everything is just “stuff”. Luxury cars, huge TVs, homes that you can’t really afford. It’s just “stuff”. Life is about love and that’s priceless. Everything you do and don’t do in life, create a rippling effect, either good or bad in other people’s lives. I have to thank BetterU, ketamine treatments, and therapy to help expand my mind. BetterU is a game changer! I need to thank them from the bottom of my heart. My quality of life has improved greatly. Im a better person, better father, and better husband, and better son. That is what the world needs. Thank you again BetterU.

I absolutely love Better U!!!! I have been struggling with anxiety and depression my entire life AND have been medicated for over 20 years for it all!!! I continue to take my medications HOWEVER since starting ketamine treatments I have been in my best headspace ever!!! The team is so supportive and REAL. They aren’t pushy and genuinely care for their patients!!! The self-work they provide is next level and SURPRISE it only helps if you actually use it. Trust staff administering the medication, trust the wisdom of the universe and having given me the opportunity to enter into this mystery of healing. I speak a great length to folks about how this medication has helped me. A lot of them just bulk at the cost, but I remind them, as many of them have been in the desert during the wars in the Middle East that if they were thirsty, and there was only one bottle of water to be had, one would pay anything to quench the thirst. Final thought, what you know about the world, holding onto the rudder of the ketamine treatments, and you will find out next to sure there is the most turbulence, and out to see, his smooth sailing. This is the best way I can explain how this process worked for me in the last eight months, the medication delivery, the integration meetings that are available they do provide coverage for the novice, as well as sitting space with individuals further down the road into the treatment. My experience with Better U rates with a galaxy of stars (many more than five!)  After decades of living with PTSD, and trying so many healing paths, this program continues to bring the biggest shift in symptoms and tangible access to peace.  After a few sessions, instead of looking for what's wrong in life, my perspective flipped to being in awe and humbled with gratitude.  And now, instead of often waking in a cold sweat, I'm creating again, making plans and following through on difficult things I've avoided.  Everyone I've interacted with at Better U is incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable.  Their support, and all the resources provided (detailed programs, playlists, insights, book recommendations) make all the difference in being able to step into the unknown. I've learned how to trust (and enjoy!) the mystery of being alive, more able to flow with the ups/downs. The convenience of Better U has worked so well for my busy schedule. My appointments are always helpful. Cathy is the best! She is so safe and I feel as though I can tell her anything. She is compassionate and loving without being gushy. I always look forward to my appointments with Cathy.

Well….. let me tell you!!! I am so glad I tried this treatment. Nothing else was working for me. So I reached out to Better U! From the initial contact to everything in between I have had nothing but excellent service and response to my questions in a timely fashion! When I need them they are there! I have been working with Michael and he is a fantastic, empathetic listener and explains some of the stuff I have come across to help me better understand. I would highly recommend Better U. I’m not quite finished with my treatments but can already see a difference. YAY ME!

I am utterly thrilled about the treatment I have received from Better U!! My depression has lifted, my anxiety has waned, and it is like taking the best vacation I have ever been on for a few hours. Afterwards I felt great, no crash or depression that i have experienced w/ other meds. I felt fantastic after the first dose and from that point forward. I still feel great!
