The initial videos explaining the benefits of ketamine were really optimistic for me. I continued on the premise that this medicine was going to help me. The videos gave very good instructions on how to get the best out of this medicine through journaling, emotional practices and healthy body practices, etc. With any concerns , do not be afraid to contact the very helpful advisors no matter what your concern. The whole process may seem a little overwhelming and scary at first, but that passes after doing the first session. I was amazed at the intensity of the sessions. I gained an increased perspective of the importance of my life and others being created by God. During and after the sessions memories came back but you realize those memories are not a part of who you are. I have eliminated an antidepressant and I'm calmer with more appreciation for my life. I finished nine sessions and the calmness and peace that I had as a teenager has returned. Don't worry if the app instructions aren't perfect. Text an advisor or set up a phone call. It is amazing how much the people at better you care about your well-being. They are a wonderful blessing to this program.

Better u psychedelic therapy is seriously soul changing. The care team is awesome. This company has been a lifesaver. They tend to respond a little later in the day I guess because they're out on the west coast. But they respond to every portal message and when I've spoken on the phone they have been supportive and wonderful. They've also been very accommodating in terms of price and prescription.
