Such wonderful, caring and incredibly compassionate people who are truly qualified to give you the best possible outcome with their treatment programs! I have had experiences with other online mental health companies and have never experienced the incredibly high level of care that I'm receiving with Better U! I cannot recommend Better U more! If you're looking for therapy that is beyond what daily medications can give you, if you're like me, who has medication resistant depression, then this is the place you've been looking for! From chronic pain, PTSD, depression, anxiety and panic attacks, they offer REAL solutions and they're with you every step of the way! With group sessions, 1 on 1 counseling and integration therapy sessions, you are NEVER alone in your journey to better mental health! I'll try to update this review as I get closer to my personal goals. Please...if you need mental health help & you've tried other places, therapeutic modalities, medications that don't help, etc, you owe it to yourself to give Better U a try!
