I cannot recommend ketamine treatments through Better U enough, they saved my life and have improved the quality and clarity of my internal monologue immensely. I went through years of experiencing negative thoughts to the point of suicidal ideation and self sabotaging, ketamine treatments helped me to recognize the reasons why this was occurring and the integration I did with Better U helped me to determine actions I could take to process and move forward. I waited to write this review to make sure that the effects lasted which they have through continuing to do the mindfulness techniques I learned when going through this program.

Better U changed my life. I was homeless and deeply depressed, and within 4 sessions it felt like the chemistry in my brain changed. I was able to hold my commitments, focus better, and not be self-destructive. Thank you Better U for a life-changing experience!

The ketamine therapy has worked wonders for my depression and anxiety. I was at a point where I was unproductive in my professional life and inaccessible in my personal life. The ketamine treatments along with the guided therapy modules and one-on-one conversations with the counselors at Better U helped me get my life back on track by gaining a greater perspective on everything. My experience with Better U has been wonderful. All of the staff are very dedicated to your overall wellness and strive to support you on your personal journey to wellness. My advisor Kelsey, is very insightful, caring and supportive. Overall with continued ketamine therapy I have not had a panic attack in the last 2 years, since beginning treatments. By doing the treatments, they have supported me in the way that I react to stressful situations in my life and have also helped me heal through issues I’ve had with PTSD and chronic anxiety. It takes work to continue the self reflection and journaling, yet it is completely worth it. Also, the tools that Better U offers are very useful to assist in the healing process. Another benefit that I’ve found is that I feel more focused overall and intellectually I feel I’m much more able to recall information more quickly and assimilate information better than before. I would highly recommend Better U, if are considering adding ketamine therapy to your healing regime.
