My experience with Ketamine therapy has exceeded my expectations. I had been taking Xanax 2 mgs three times a day since 2014....I am now Xanax free. The ketamine therapy Telehealth is an emerging industry with a lot of competitors out there whether its oral intranasal intramuscular or IV solution so it was a bit overwhelming to pick one over the other. I went with the first advertisement I came across on social media which was BetterU. Now I started with BetterU and tried a-lot of the other competitors ketamine and while the oral ketamine was the same product (most of the time its the same compounding pharmacy that services several different companies at once) it was the customer service that continued bringing me back to BetterU namely my patient coordinator Mr. Turek. Anytime there was an issue with the flavor or logistics payment errors etc he swiftly took care of it. Regarding the actual ketamine itself, it was life changing! The resiliency I was able to create, moment of my childhood I was able to address, and the using ketamines neuroplasticity I was rework existing negative feedback loops and create positive ones.
