Hi Renee, We’re really sorry to hear this was your experience — that’s absolutely not the standard we hold ourselves to. Our Flawless Stretch™ fabric is designed to provide supportive, natural compression and adapt beautifully to different body shapes without becoming see-through when worn in the correct size. If it appeared sheer, it may be a sizing or fit issue — and we would genuinely love the chance to make this right for you. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] with your order number so we can look into this immediately and find a solution. Your confidence in our swimwear means everything to us, and we never want anyone to feel disappointed. We’re here to help. — Team BetterTan

Hi Mikayla, we’re genuinely so sorry to read this. That’s absolutely not the experience we want anyone to have — especially with the quality of our pieces. A bikini arriving with seams coming apart is not acceptable, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. We also want to look into the customer service response you received, because this doesn’t reflect how we aim to handle quality concerns. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number (or send us a direct message), and we’ll personally review this and make it right. Thank you for bringing this to our attention — we truly appreciate the chance to fix it. — BetterTan Team

Hi Betsy, we’re really sorry to read this and that you’re feeling so disappointed. Some of our swimwear — especially our tan-through styles — is designed with specialty fabric that can appear more sheer off the body, but it’s created to be worn as intended. That said, you should always feel confident and supported in your purchase. We’d truly like the opportunity to review what happened with your order and the refund or exchange request. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number (or send us a direct message), and we’ll personally look into this for you. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope we can make this right. — BetterTan Team

Hi Alexia, we’re truly sorry to hear how upset you are — that’s never the experience we want anyone to have. We’d like to clarify that our tan-through styles are designed with specialty fabric that allows sunlight to pass through to help reduce tan lines. Because of this technology, the fabric can appear more sheer in certain lighting conditions, especially when held up or photographed in direct sunlight. When worn as intended, the coverage is designed to provide support while still offering that benefit. That said, if you felt the product was faulty or not as described, we absolutely want to review this properly. We do not refuse refunds for defective items, including sale items, when there is a genuine quality issue. Please email us directly at [email protected] with your order number so we can personally reassess your case and work toward a fair resolution. We appreciate you raising this and the opportunity to look into it further. — BetterTan Team

Hi Melanie, we’re really sorry to hear this — especially knowing it was for your vacation. We completely understand how frustrating that must feel. Once an order leaves our warehouse, tracking updates are handled by the shipping carrier, and delays can sometimes happen outside of our control. That said, you should never feel left in the dark about where your package is. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number so we can personally look into the tracking details and see what solutions may be available to you. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope we can assist you further. — BetterTan Team

Hi Rose, we’re really sorry to hear this and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Fit can vary depending on the specific style and fabric, and it’s never our intention for a piece to feel restrictive or poorly constructed. We also want to address the email issue you mentioned — a “delivery status failure” is absolutely not something you should be receiving when trying to contact us. Please email us directly at [email protected] with your order number so we can properly review your case and assist you. If you continue to have trouble emailing, you’re welcome to send us a direct message through our website or social channels as well. We’d genuinely like the opportunity to make this right. — BetterTan Team
