I was seen in the Prince George office and when the doctor came into see me she stood at the door and stated that I was having an allergic reaction, she never came near me, she was in and out in 1 minute flat and now I'm being charged $40 just for having my blood pressure checked and my temperature taken. I could have went to the ER for all that at least I would have gotten some meds through and IV, but as it turns out it was not an allergic reaction it was just a bad case of eczema.

Excellent care. Went for a sprained knee. Like the fact that xrays and everything is done in house.

Took too long. The room was freezing. Physician seemed in a hurry.

Ladies at the front desk were great. Got called to the back. The doctor came in and started talking to me then he was going to let the person know that I needed x rays done. The doctor came back and said the x ray machine is being taken apart to be cleaned. I said really. He gave me 2 prescription and I walked out. Very disappointed. Especially with it being a new hospital and had a nerve to bill me.

The ladies were very nice and polite. It was a very nice experience. The wait wasn't long. The Dr I gives good advice on your care. The dr there I remember him at John Randolphs ER. He had seen my children when they we're little.

Left and went down the street to Patient First, who took us back in a timely and friendly manner. Better Med was a long wait, not to mention the front desk staff was chatting about personal life and also on their personal cell phones. Unacceptable. Zero customer service . Patient First for my family from now on, anywhere but BetterMed
