Everyone was very professional
Everyone was very professional. They took my son in right away and we had an X-ray Of his wrist within minutes. The PA’s diagnosis was right on the money and he answered all my questions. Excellent service.

TOOK LONGER TO GET THE SCRIPTS FILLED @ THE PHARMACY THAN IT DID IN THE DR. OFFICE. I FELT BETTER IN A COUPLE DAYS. SO LONG PCP.

I received quick and professional attention at BetterMed Urgent care. The facility was clean and medical staff were experienced and considerate. I will definitely use them again and have recommended them to my neighbors and coworkers.

Helpful From Start to Finish
The check in process was easy and we got helped right away. The check in staff was knowledgable and helpful with insurance questions. The nurse and PA listened and reacted quickly and proficiently. The PA was honest about situation and didnt do excessive testing.

Very pleasant staff which goes a long way when your sick. They don't guess what is wrong they treat with experience! I recommend to everyone!
