Better Med Urgent Care did an Outstanding Job
Better Med Urgent Care did a outstanding job the evening that I had a dog bite (hit by friendly fire). Care was the best as well as explaining needed follow up care.

The NP told me her diagnosis as she…
The NP told me her diagnosis as she walked in the room looking at her laptop. She hadn’t even seen my face yet alone my eye. She diagnosed Blepharitis. Told me the antibiotic cream she was prescribing wasn’t “technically necessary”. The next day my eye was completely swollen shut. I am still seeing an opthamologist and may need surgery!! My initial visit was on 11/12/19. Today is 12/18/19!! Also, I was billed for a 45 minute visit and wasn’t in the building for a total of 10 minutes!

I went for some type of bug bite I was…
I went for some type of bug bite I was having a reaction to. I was in and out w/in 40 mins. Service was outstanding, I didn’t have to wait to get registered and barely sat in the waiting room before I was called in. I also didn’t wait for the PA to come in m, she was super nice! For having to go to an Urgent Care it was a great experience and I’ll only go here in the future.
