The last PA entered incorrect information into my chart. I don't know where she got this false information. As a result, my employer called me & asked why I walked off the job & was on the way home to California. My employer accused me of lying to Better Med about my occupation. I called Better Med a few times to get my medical records corrected, but this was never done. Also, my height was incorrect but was corrected.

Love everything about this place. Nice people and service, plus very fast.

This place is good if u need stitches but if need need to see a doctor, u wont find them there! Only PA's which means no pain pills for broken bones. We have been there 4 times this past yr. 2 fractures, told to take tylenol and the 2 other times we got steroids scripts. Waste of time! And money, I will travel the extra few miles next time to Patient 1st where I can see a doctor that can actually assist me in my time of need.
