My interaction with BetterMed was very Thourugh and Pleasant
My interaction with BetterMed was very good. When I walked into the facility the Staff member asked that I sign in and within 10 minutes she called me to see the doctor. The Doctor came to see me within 5 minutes and asked questions about my condition and had blood drawn. The doctor confirmed my condition and sent a prescription for medications to my Pharmacy. The whole experience was a little over half and hour and I found the staff to be very pleasant and genuinely interested in getting me the appropriate treatment. A nurse from BetterMed followed up with me about my visit two days later and advised that my blood tests had come back positive for my condition. I am very pleased with the service I received and would definitely refer friends and family to this Practice.
