My son is special needs and I was told he couldn't come back until he has a photo id. With have been coming to BetterMed since it opened in Midlothian.

Would recommend the new place on Ironbridge to anyone. Great staff and very knowledgeable. Wait time was quick and staff was very kind.

Honestly, while the staff were nice I had to ask for specific tests. My child went in for severe gas pains...possibly appendix related bc of where the pain was. They gave me zofran prescriptions when there was no nausea present. My child had thrown up because of the pain, not illness. They told me the wbc Was really high and I needed to get to my pediatrician ASAP and basically we’re not helpful at all. My pediatrician diagnosed my child with GAS.... said the wbc was still in a healthy range and could possibly be a little high but wasn’t even something they would have brought up.

I was misdiagnosed and given power medication that I should have NEVER been prescribed. I also had to call them continuously to get my lab reports and was often made to feel as though I was bothering them when I did. I DO NOT recommend them!!!

I was very pleased with my entire experience with your practice. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. I feel that I received excellent care and will definitely use your services again,if the need arises. Thank you

This place is awesome. Excellent staff. Fast, efficient and takes TRICARE with low copay. My go to place when I need medical assistance.
