I had to go in to check in for covid testing after sitting on the phone on hold for 20 mins running past my appt time. And the whole process took over an hour when my mom was at a different location and she was done in 35 min. Mechanicsville location did not have their act together. Very frustrating visit.

Made an appointment for a specific time. Had me wait for over 25 minutes after my schedule time. This is the one out in Mechanicsville. Other than that it was fine

Just recently moved to area and needed medical care. Used this facility 3 times and admin staff is prompt and friendly. Nursing staff was very friendly and helpful two out of three visits. One male nurse, not so friendly or helpful. The times I have been at this facility I was seen by PAs and could not have received better care. I will continue to use this facility if the need arises.
