Very helpful, little wait time and the practioner took care of the problem. I was very satisfied with the service we receiced from check-in to discharge.

BetterMed at Fredericksburg was great

Fantastic job!!
I was apprehensive about taking a test but from scheduling online to the actual test this was a dream. I have recommended you all to multiple other people. Staff was friendly and attentive. There was a bit of a wait but the staff explained how they were doing the tests and keeping everyone safe so I was fine being patient.

I visited BetterMed for a rapid response Covid test. My appointment was handled on time. The two BetterMed staff members I interacted with were both professional and friendly. I have recommended BetterMed to several people.
