The wait was too long
The wait was too long. I will advise patients showing up for the Covid test to show up on time and not 30 mins early.

Called that morning to get a Covid…
Called that morning to get a Covid test. They got me in. Performed a quick test and a PCR text both with positive results. Clean facility, quick and professional. Would like to be able to schedule a follow up test in 10 days though.

Recommend
We’ve had to use BetterMed several times for Covid testing. Each time, they have been professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. The offices are always clean, and the staff friendly. We had to wait about an hour the last time, but these are unusual times for all of us.
