The wait was pretty long even with an appointment, but the computers were down and there were 6 of us, so we understood. Staff was friendly and everything was well run once we were seen.

This particular BetterMeds was really…
This particular BetterMeds was really busy with a lot of COVID test. I took my 83 year old wheelchair bound mom there on Saturday, January 2, 2021, due to what we believed to be shingles. Although they were really busy, they ensured that my mom was comfortable, kept checking on us until they could register us, and then once in the patient's room made a diagnosis quickly so that my mom did not have to wait around. I commend them for a job well done.
