I received the best quality and friendly care I’ve ever seen at an urgent care facility. From the front desk associate who checked me in to the PA who diagnosed my issue, I was met with compassion, friendliness, and quick service!

Set up a telephone call. Doctor spoke to me in a timely manner and was able to give me the prescription I needed.

At a time where I needed to reach somebody at the Better Med office to have them send me an e-mail copy of my Covid Test...when I was awaiting permission to enter a foreign country that the test was done for, I reached nobody. No answer. No response. Nothing. It cost me an additional sum of money to be tested in a foreign country then unable to leave my hotel room until the result was in 12 hours later. Disgusting. Your company relies far too much on internet electronics and text messages and has an insufficient system for urgent requests such as this. Personally, after what delay I endured...and affecting others traveling with me, not "one" star should be given.

Setting up an appointment for my COVID 19 rapid test was a challenge as I had to log on at 12:00AM the day of; however, obviously demand for a test is high. Appt. slots at most locations were gone in 4 minutes! Thankfully I secured an appt. at the Regency location. Staff was friendly and very helpful!! Very professional and everything went faster than I expected. The PA that gave me my results made sure I had all my questions answered and took his time. I didn’t feel rushed out. Overall very great experience. I thank you all!!
