Online scheduling was so easy and quick. I was able to get in for a COVID test in a very reasonable amount of time. A real person called me less than hour after my test to let me know it was negative. The whole operation was impressive. I’m glad they were there for me. I found the location on the Mecklenberg County website.

Very professional, right on time with scheduled appointment

TERRIBLE .....coding and billing was completely incorrect. I now have charges on my credit card for services I did not receive. I came for COVID testing ONLY so why do I have hundreds of $ on my credit card from Better Med? And I was charged an additional $12 because I came on a weekend. Wow, what a business you have here ---making patients give you their credit card before being tested. THIS IS WRONG on so many levels. I WILL NEVER USE BETTER MED AGAIN and I will make sure to tell my community about your unethical business practices.

Went to the clinic for stitches. Very professional staff. Great job. Super clean place and highly competent staff. Highly recommend.

Always impressed... the provider was so thorough and spent the time to share experiences and suggestions. He was thoughtful in his approach with my daughter and was very reassuring to her that what she was experiencing was not uncommon. This doesn't happen often as providers are so busy to move onto whomever is next but not once did we ever feel rushed.

Great Service

Was able to be seen right away with no wait time. Doctors and nurses were very considerate and prompt. Overall time spent at the facility was 30 minutes.
