Good, quick care

quick and profetional.

I was seen and tested positive for Covid. As I was leaving the doctor told me, "you seem healthy. You should survive!". The next day my wife goes to be tested and they would not see her because she didn't have an appointment and she was following their protocol on the door, which is the same protocol we followed the day before and I was seen. I have always liked bettermed before this and felt we got good care, but this has just put a bad taste in my mouth and I really don't ever care to go to another BetterMed again!

The Nurse Practitioner really listened to my concerns and didnt rush me. Also, she was on time! Thank you for a pleasant experience!
