I visited at least six competing…
I visited at least six competing websites offering LLC set up. The pricing was remarkably similar but the level of service provided for those price levels varied greatly. BetterLegal offered the most comprehensive service for the price. Everything was upfront, easy to read and simple to use. Unlike some sites, BetterLegal didn't have hidden fees or gotcha add-ons at the last minute. I completed the LLC application on my smartphone in under 20 minutes. Two days later, all of the documents showed up in my email box--easy as that. Start to finish, BetterLegal exceeded my expectations.

Very good service and fast
Very good service and fast. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I felt like I should have received a txt msg or something to let me know in Advance that my first choice was a obvious issue. Instead I did receive my paperwork on the 3rd day not counting the weekend or holiday. Thxs a million...😁

Extremely fast turn around
Extremely fast turn around. I submitted my formation request on a Tuesday night after hours and by Thursday I had confirmation of my entities filing and creation along with the EIN and supporting documentation.

I have been trying to contact someone…
I have been trying to contact someone at BetterLegal for weeks now. I have left several voicemails and had no response.

Hey Sarah, it took me a little bit of time to figure out what happened here, but I think there was some confusion. Your original voicemail came in after we had completed your Florida LLC and emailed all of your documents to you. The message you left seemed as if it was a misdial for your CPA as the question you had didn't relate to anything we deal with or any of the questions we ask to file your LLC. When you left another message on the 6th (the day of this review), Stephen promptly called you back within 5 minutes and answered your questions. On the 8th of November, you reached back out via email regarding some snail mail that you have been getting regarding your business and we walked you through which were legit and which were scams. Hopefully our team has taken proper care of you to date, we're here if you need anything else.
