After looking at probably 3 or 4 different companies to create my LLC with, I decided to go with BetterLegal based on reviews, price, and what you got for the money. They weren't the most expensive but they were not the lowest cost either. The process online was quick and straight forward. Within probably 2 or so hrs, I got notification that it was already submitted with the state. The next morning, less than 24 hrs. later, I had my LLC and paperwork. Very pleased.

BetterLegal is AMAZING! I had to form an LLC quickly for a recent home purchase. Because of their fantastic/easy to use system, I completed the online forms in 5-8 minutes. Once submitted Better Legal estimated 3-5 days for the state of CA to issue the paperwork. I had my full LLC papers back in 2 days. Everything was easy. This is highly recommended.

The Process was super fast and easy. They are really great at customer service. I received all of my documentation in less than 2 hours after they filed with my State. I had initially put the wrong business address and they were patient with me and had no problem with fixing it. There was really no hassle. My LLC is formed, I have my EIN, Registered Agent, Operating Agreement, etc.
