Hands down the best customer service! Not only has this product made managing our volunteers easier, they are constantly improving the software and taking ideas for improvement from the customers.

Better Impact is amazing. Most of all, the customer service and training processes have been extremely helpful! We could never had made the transition from paper application forms and data in excel to an all-inclusive system like this without the help! Everything is user-friendly and intuitive, and my volunteers love it - there is not a steep learning curve so the on-boarding process went very well. Plus, they are open to adding new features, depending on what you need!

I cannot imagine a better system to organize our volunteers and record the hours they are logging. It is also perfect for keeping all members of our 24-hour operation informed of whom to expect and when.

I've been using Better Impact to staff and manage the Maui Film Festival since 2008. Wouldn't think of doing it without it. The product has evolved nicely over the years and their pricing is very reasonable.

We have been using Better Impact for phase 1 of tracking our volunteers - 625 teen volunteers so far. We are looking forward to putting it into place for our adult volunteers (1000+). The implementation of this software has moved along well and the frustration level has been low compared to other software packages. Better Impact's customer service and support has been phenomenal. They answer our questions fully and generally in under 10 minutes time. That way we can get our answer and continue with the implementation almost immediately.

I have been using Volunteer Management Software for 5 years and have finally settled in with Better Impact. I love how easy it is to customize your volunteer website, but the real selling point for me is the Customer Service. Responses are quick and usually result in a resolution within 24-48 hours at the very most. I also appreciate the extensive self-help information that is available in text and often in video format so I can work through basic issues on my own. They truly take your feedback into consideration as well, and work to make sure they evolve with the communities they serve in mind. Finally, if that wasn't enough, the price for Better Impact is far more affordable for the software you get than any other service I have tried!
