SCAM business
Do not order from the company. They will ship late or not at all and hood your money. I cancelled a $1300 order before it shipped. They sent the product somewhere else and are saying that I need to pay over $800 in shipping/freight charges meanwhile I cancelled before it shipped and shipping was under $490. This is a fraudulent business. No one will call you back and they give you the run around if you ask for a refund etc.

Hi Elizabeth, we are sad to hear you call us fraudulent but we understand how upsetting this must have been for you. Please know the order was already shipped before we received your cancellation request. As much as we'd love to refund your order in full amount, we hope you understand there are applicable deductions for the shipment. We have to pay over $800 for the total shipping fee. Our policy states the customer has to pay for the original shipping and return fee. Since we were able to redirect the shipment to a new address instead of returning to the warehouse, we are now only deducting you the original shipping fee which is $470. We know this is a huge amount but we hope you understand we have policies in place and we can only process requests in accordance to them. I see here now that a case was opened with PayPal instead. In this case, our finance team can no longer process any refunds. If PayPal decides to refund you, the refund would be processed twice. We hope you understand. We'd love to help you in any way we can but for now, all we can do is wait for PayPal to settle the case. We thank you for all your patience. Let us know if you have any questions!
