Hi Magnus, Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We’re really glad to hear that you’re happy with the adjustable dumbbells themselves — but we’re truly sorry to learn about your experience with the stand and our customer service. That’s not the level of support or product quality we aim to deliver. We’d love the chance to make things right. If you haven’t already, please reach out to our support team with your order details, and we’ll make sure the missing part is sent out promptly and address any quality concerns. Your feedback on the AI support is also invaluable, and we’re actively working to improve the speed and personal touch of our service. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention — your experience helps us get better. – The Better Body Equipment Team
