Better Bidders Inc.Reviews of betterbidders.com

John is amazing and has great attention to detail. It's always great working with him and the product is always on point!

The whole process was easy, and the company helped ASAP with any questions brought up. The timeline of production and delivery were on point. The quality and production material were awesome, and we received a lot of positive comments on these paddles at our event.

We have used Better Bidders for many years! They are always so fast and reliable! Lost paddles are so easy to replace just the numbers you need! Highly recommend!

We have ordered from Better Bidders twice. Once with a very short turnaround time. John has come through each time.

This is our second time working with John and Better Bidders and another happy experience. We got custom designed paddles based on sketches we shared and we were very happy with how they turned out. Paddles arrived in plenty of time for the event and guests were impressed. They seem to hold up well, even with choosing the BasicPro level of paddle. We'll be able to use these year after year and we are excited to use the fill-in option next year.

I wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for your exceptional support and collaboration. Your detailed explanation of the different materials used in your products compared to competitors has given us a much clearer understanding of the associated costs. We truly appreciate the superior quality and durability that your premium materials provide. Thank you for working closely with us to supply the items we needed and for assisting us in salvaging the remaining items from our previous set. Your willingness to go the extra mile has not gone unnoticed, and we are grateful for your dedication to ensuring our satisfaction.

I had several questions when placing my order for bidding paddles and all where answered quickly via email. John, the owner, quickly responded to all my questions in a timely and professional manner. He went out of his way to help us have a great experience with our order. And the paddles are very high quality to boot!
