Absolutely amazing costumer service. The website was not working so I had to call. Within the first 10 seconds a really helpful and kind employee named Melanie helped me order the covid antibody test with ease. This by far was the best experience I have ever had with any company and would highly recommend it. If it was not for Melanie I probably would not have bought the tests. I can not express how impressed I am thank you so much. If it was up to me melaine would get a massive pay rise. Jacob.

From requesting my HomeKit to receiving results, the customer service has been excellent! They were very helpful with any questions I had, and also managed to provide a certificate for travelling legislations. Even though there was a slight issue, they managed to resolve the problem in under an hour! I got both my results and my certificate exactly on time! Overall very pleased with the quality and service of the company!

Used this company for the Covid-19 Home Swab Test, my negative result was returned in less than 24 hours from posting to laboratory ... great service!

No instructions were provided in the package and the online ones were inaccurate - missed out steps and showed different contents to what I received. Had to do the test twice in the end as it was unclear how to do it properly. The lances are the type used for blood sugar tests, not to take substantial samples, so the 'milking' process was messy and ineffective. Overall, the process felt dodgy and unprofessional - so much so that I don't trust my test results. *Update January 2021* The company is going out of its way to get this review taken down even though it's been verified. Do legitimate, trusty-worthy companies try to silence their customers? I think not. Like I said last year, they're terrible.

Very speedy and reliable system. Instructions were clear and kits easy to use. Finally now have clarity that I had COVID-19 earlier in the year and can move forward with it.

Received quickly the item, instructions easy to follow and to put into practice. Was worried at first to manage the blood sample but with warm fingers and a little pressure, it was easy, safe and not painful

Very fast results and great service. Yes taking the blood sample was a bit tricky but you just need to know what you are doing. Collecting your own may not suit everyone but it was great for me.

In the small print, Better2know informs that if you want a refund- £50 of the £69 that is paid, is kept by them because of admin fees. My request for a total refund is legitimate because of the criticism by the World Health Organisation about the reliability of the type of Home Antibody Test that I had purchased from Better2know. " (in response to the reply from Better2know to this review) no explanation can legitimize the selling of a COVID- 19 home antibody test (finger-pricked method) whilst the World Health Organisation states such tests are unreliable). in an email to me, better2know unequivocally stated their confidence in the reliability of such a test. The plot now thickens. Since emailing my concerns, better2know has removed that particular Covid -19 Home antibody test from their site. removing any evidence that they were offering them in the first place!! Would you trust your hard earned cash with such a Company? This is my reply to better2know response to my review - I am not legally and morally obligated to be bound by the contract if the terms of agreement by better2know creating the contract is deliberately misleading and false.
