Purchased 2 antibody test kits from Better2Know. The kits arrived when they were supposed to. I had problems finding a phlebotomist via normal sources, phoned B2K helpline and they arranged for a home visit the next day. Posted the kits off and 3 days later we had our results. I had some queries during the process and all were answered promptly and with courtesy. Overall, a fantastic, seamless and pleasant experience.

Needed a time-critical COVID 19 test for travel to Cyprus. Very good helpful communication from Better2Know. Test processed by The Doctors Laboratory in London, Results back within 24hrs.

Honestly I can’t thank Better2know enough, especially the customer service manager who went beyond the call of duty to ensure my Covid19 test results were back in time and all correct for my travel. She even went as far as to come to work early to process the results for me! Now who does that?! Superb customer service and in these uncertain times it means the world!
