I am using Better2know over a year now,. I was traveling during pandemic time and needed tests to be done regularly and on time. Service always brilliant, any time of the day ( also out of office hours) they will assist you on a highest standard. I Booked to have some tests done via Better2know and the initial booking i couldnt make due to unforseen circumstances. the rebooking was effortless and they accommodated me on the very same day i requested. to my sheer surprise by 7:17 AM the next morning Louise had sent me notification the results were in. this is the quickest service i have ever had and Louise responded at all times to my emails and was totally accomodating. Louise Wright is a true asset to your company and i fully recommend using this service 10/10!

Instructions in day 2/8 covid test kit are very confusing and inconsistent, riddled with threats of having to purchase a new kit. This 'product' was clearly rushed to market with very little follow up and quality control. The owners of Better2Know are simply enriching themselves by taking advantage of people forced to do these tests.
