Took longer than expected in receiving Simparica TRIO. Finally received two boxes as ordered but they were somewhat smashed etc. Frankly I do not feel comfortable giving these to my pet since I cannot be sure they are authentic... a loss of money since I doubt that any refund would ever come my way after reading some reviews. Learning my lesson on this one and never again.

I Ordered 3 boxes of NexGard chewable flea and tick prevention tablets and received them in 12 days. I have been ordering from them for over 3 years and I am very happy with the quality of the products. I also order Nuheart hearworm tablets. Great value for the money since I have many dogs. I volunteer for a dog rescue and we order ours from them. Thank you BestVetCare for making my life easier and saving me money.

Poor customer service. I ordered flea and tick monthly pill and heartworm pill. Received the flea and tick pills but not the heartworm pill. On the invoice is written refund on the heartworm. I didn't receive the refund nor can I get in contact with a company rep. Phone just rings till it stops, e mail unanswered, text messages unanswered. Very frustrating.

I've ordered Frontline Plus Small Dogs on Jan 22, 2023 and haven't got the product till today! I wrote some emails (last one 10 days ago), and tried calling them several times without an answer, and also the web chat is inactive. Also, the tracking number, takes me to nowhere... I wouldn't order anything from them.

Placed an order which customer care representative promised would arrive in 14 days maximum. 3 weeks later after same rep told me it was in transit via USPS,USPS had no package in their system. It just vanished with no explanation of what went wrong. I would highly suggest that no one in the US patronize this company.
