Very rude and come off somewhat as scammers I was charged for a part then they wanted me to sign more paperwork and send a copy of my driver's license..after refusing and telling them 10 times to cancel the order they wanted to cuss at me and call me illiterate because I have never had to deal with such a disorganized company in my life then when asking to speak to a supervisor I was refused I will be going to the better business bureau about this please do not use this company you've been fair warned... parts geek and car parts.com are so much easier and way more professional to deal with and they don't have all the hassle and mouthy employees that you would have to deal with otherwise
