I bought a 2013 Hyundai genesis engine with low miles on it under 100k…Susan and Brian helped me with the purchase and shipment out to California; that the best move I’ve made in a long time. The engine was perfect and as advertised! The engine is still going strong with no issues. Will definitely use this company again!

This company is legit… beware of customers writing bad reviews for the heck of it smh… but my motor for my jeep compass was delivered and it was the right fit for the jeep, it’s been running great every since 2023 when I purchased it

I did buy an engine they told me that it had only 40K miles and it was not the case. When I received the engine it was very dirty with black oil all over, then the sparkplugs were damaged due to excess over heating/ lots of rust everywhere. I even took many pictures and a video of the bad engine making an awful noise and they said that it was not enough to get my money back. I DEFENITILY WILL NOT DO BUSSINES with them again and I DO NOT RECOMEND this type of unprofessional scammers. I checked with BBB and they are not even Accredited by BBB. Why only after I did the review/post is when I get some attention to this issue. I have requested several times to please get the report that you said the engine was tested and the report that mentioned that the engine only has 40,000 miles as promised before the purchase. Why I have to keep asking for those reports/documents? Thanks!

Hello Julio, We sincerely regret your dissatisfaction with your recent purchase. To clarify: * The engine was delivered as described in your order, fully tested and inspected before shipment. * Surface rust and minor wear are normal in used engines of this age, but do not affect functionality. To resolve this: 🔧 We formally requested a diagnostic report from a certified mechanic to determine the exact issue, as: * The problem may stem from installation (not performed by a certified mechanic) * Without this report, we cannot verify the engine’s condition post-shipping Our Commitment: ✅ If the report confirms the engine is faulty, we will honor our warranty with a replacement or refund. Regarding BBB: * While we’re not BBB-accredited, we maintain a 4.35/5 rating from verified customers, reflecting our commitment to quality. We urge you to share the diagnostic report so we can take immediate action. Contact us directly at 206-566-5059 or email [email protected] for prompt resolution. Sincerely, Best Use Auto Parts

The entire experience was so smooth! Jennifer talked us thru everything she answered all our questions and checked in with us to make sure we received the Transmission and called to check on how everything went! I didn't know they were nationwide! Shipping was quick I was surprised at how quick they did all their check's and how fast our shop received it! They used our vin number to make sure the transmission fit! Thank you to Jennifer,Dwayne, and the entire Best Use Auto Parts Team!

Motor was delivered within days in a timely manner. Motor is used, but runs less smoothly than previous motor which was even more used by 100,000 miles. Car shakes, and feels like it sputters when idle at a red light. Though this all might be because of job mechanic did. At the end of the day the car works and that is what we are most thankful for.

Received my 2020 F150 10R80 transmission about a week after I placed the order. Prior to shipping, I was contacted to confirm my VIN to ensure proper fit along with updates to the status of the shipping. I haven’t installed the transmission yet, but it’s as described in the ad. I would absolutely order from Best Use Auto Parts in the future.
