Suzzane was really helpful and kept me up to date with the process. Excellent work!!!

Suzanne was very helpful getting information for me and ensuring I got the correct ABS brake module. She kept me well informed of the progress of my order and ensured it reached me in a timely manner. It actually arrived early. She was very professional and helpful.

I ordered my 2.o ltr 4 cylinder first of February. Immediately Sofia was set as my customer support representative. I received up to date notices on my engine progress. Sofia sent me pictures of the engine on a pallet once the field crew had recovered it. Sofia kept me up to date with shipping tracking information. Sofia let me know the date of expected arrival and I was glad to hear it. I was able to notify the shop manager in a timely manner. Thank you Sofia. V/R, Richard Gordon

I recently bought a car part from them, and my experience was excellent. Sofia (there representative) kept me updated at every single step until the part arrived, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. She was very kind, quick to respond, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate her professionalism and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!
