Well product recieved but had lots of issues

Granted I did receive my product but according to FedEx ex the shipper kept making changes to the address. I received my item yes. But still the customer service was below par! Need to set up u.s. support and make changes to site if 24 7 service isn't available. I called fed ex support everytime the delivery date changed as well and they kept saying the shipper this and the shipper that. Hit me up via email of youd like to improve your services. Id be more than happy to help.

Your question: About communication Answer: You sent 16 emails to us instantly on May 26th and May 27th. Some of your emails are the same, so we didn't reply all of them. We replied you through 13 emails and Twitter messages with explanation of how the shipping process is. You place order - > We arrange the order -> Create shipping label and notify Fedex to pick up - > Fedex pick up - > Fedex Transfer & Scan the label -> Delivery. Fedex warehouses/staffs need to scan millions or billions of packages every day, so it will take some time to update the tracking info. You emailed us instantly, and we need to contact Fedex to check first, then we can reply you well, right? 2. As to extra payment do overnight delivery: As we emailed you that we tried to check overnight delivery availability for you, but unfortunately, it is not available.
