Please kindly note that our dolls were shipped from the USA, Free shipping and Customs/Taxes Free for American buyers. Sorry that you had paid for the Customs duties because the doll was shipped from U.S to Canada. We can not control this, please understand. Thanks For customers from Canada or other countries, if you care about Customs / additional taxes, please contact our customer service to reduce the cost. In order to solve this problem, we will add open a warehouse in Canada in the near future.
