Update on Aug 18, 2023 Hi, If there is a misunderstanding, we are sorry about it. Could we know your order number? So we can help you. We can not find your order or email by searching your name through our website and emails. As per your questions: 1. We scam you what? We have 7 Days Return Policy. If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return the doll to us within 7 days after delivery if the doll is unused and in good condition. We send you the return shipping label, which means we pay the return shipping fee. There is no cost for you/customers. After we receive and check the returned doll, we will fully refund your payment. Please check out the 7 Days Free Return Policy. 2. As for the review photos, Could you point out which photos are from which sites? So customers/visitors can judge by themself. We will report their website if you find that review photos are the same as ours. Please note that our review photos are 100% real taken by customers who purchased from our site. When the customers place the order from us, they will receive a review invitation email from us after delivered. They can review with text or photos. If you had ordered from us around 5 or 6 months ago, you must have received our invitation email that sent real pictures to us and got a bonus. 3. Which photo we didn't show you? Could we know your order number? So we can have a check for you. Normally, we a customer requests factory pictures for the doll, our customer service team will send them to you on live chat or email. But when we are on off-work time or we have no in stock doll we need to produce a new one to take factory pictures for you. Then it will take a long time for us to Produce the doll -> take factory pictures -> send pictures to you. Updated Jun 21, 2023 We would like to say sorry because we did not inform you that the first doll head you received is a free gift. We have a lot of orders per day, and we need to inform each customer one by one. The doll head you ordered is on the way in another package. That means you will receive the doll with 2 heads. The doll head you ordered was already shipped out on June 15, 2023. Our customer service team had sent you the tracking number of the second package (doll head) by email. According to the tracking number, the doll head you already received (Delivered On Thursday, June 22). That means you received the doll you ordered + extra free head. Our customer service team replied your email a few hours later after you emailed us about your issue. They have sent you 5 emails in the past 15 days. Until now no response from you.
